IMPORTANT
New Frontiers of Learning was originally written in 1994 - before
the release of Windows 95. Much of this section is only relevant to
Windows 3.1x systems, and in particular the suggestions on memory configuration
and disk caching should not be followed if Windows 95 is in use.
We are including this section here because many teaching facilities
in HE are still using Windows 3.1, and this is likely to remain the case
in the forseeable future. See the update for further information about
Windows 95.
